The Ribbon (2011)

The project I have been working on all summer has now wrapped up - just in time for festival deadlines!

The Ribbon is a short psychological thriller about a girl named Charlie.  After her brother is killed in a car accident, she and three friends hike into the woods to spread his ashes and do some drugs, but when their trip turns bad they realize they may not be alone, and Charlie finds herself in a fight for her life.

It was a great project, and helmed by some very talented ladies - Karen Strong and Rebecca Nyahay.  A website and trailer should be along shortly!

Spring Has Sprung!

The snow is finally melting and boy, what a busy couple of months it has been.  I have several very exciting projects a'brewin', and have been working nonstop since January.  No new video to post yet, but as deadlines approach this site will be displaying a number of new additions.

Looking forward to NAB this year, and the rumored new version of FCP that may be announced.  This year I'm focusing on obtaining my Final Cut certification, and have waiting to prep for the exam until 8 is announced. (Just kidding, looks like I'm training on Premiere instead!) I'm also excited to be going to NAB because I'll get a chance to visit Imperial Health Spa, which is the absolute best place to spend a day and relax after a week on a trade show floor.
